Akbar Travels shall not be liable for any non-compliance arising from the Corporate’s failure to obtain valid consent.
Where services involve data of EU/UK residents:
  • Data may be transferred outside the EU/UK for service fulfilment
  • Transfers shall be subject to appropriate safeguards
  • Akbar Travels does not guarantee adequacy determinations of third countries
  • The Corporate acknowledges and accepts the risks inherent in cross-border data transfers
